Ask a question others can reproduce

1. Search first. Check the library and existing questions for the exact error or tool.
2. Use a specific title. “Nginx returns 502 after a Docker deploy” is more useful than “Help please”.
3. Describe the environment. Include operating system, software versions, intended result and actual result.
4. Share the smallest useful example. Include relevant error text and steps already tried. Format commands and logs as code.
5. Remove private information. Do not post passwords, API keys, access tokens, private SSH keys, account details or personal information. Replace secrets with placeholders before submitting.

Write an answer that helps the next reader

Explain why a solution works, name the versions it applies to, and include enough context to follow it. Identify destructive commands and provide a backup or recovery step where appropriate. Link to the original documentation and disclose any affiliation with a recommended service.

Test advice before presenting it as a working solution. If you are uncertain, say so. Do not present copied or generated text as verified technical guidance.

Respect people and the discussion

Be constructive and stay on topic. Harassment, discrimination, spam, deceptive promotions, credential requests and malicious code do not belong here. Explain disagreements with evidence and focus on the technical issue.

Use the report control on a question or answer when available. You can also report abuse; include the relevant public URL and a short explanation.

Choose the right support channel

Community discussions are public and depend on member participation. Account access, billing, personal data and urgent service incidents belong with FibaCloud support. Check service status for incident information.

Propose a tutorial or correction

Contact FibaCloud with a proposed title, audience, supported versions, prerequisites and outline. For an existing article, include its URL and the step that needs correction. A publishable tutorial should include tested steps, expected output, troubleshooting, cleanup and sources.

Yararlı ve güvenli yanıtlar verin

Çözümün neden işe yaradığını ve hangi sürümde denendiğini açıklayın. Veri silen veya hizmeti durdurabilen komutları açıkça belirtin; gerekiyorsa yedek ve geri alma adımı ekleyin. Kaynak gösterin, emin olmadığınız noktaları söyleyin. Doğrulanmamış metni test edilmiş bir çözüm gibi sunmayın.

Saygılı ve konuya odaklı kalın

Taciz, ayrımcılık, spam, yanıltıcı reklamlar, parola talepleri ve zararlı kod paylaşmayın. Sorunlu içerikte bildirim seçeneğini kullanın veya sayfa bağlantısıyla birlikte kötüye kullanım bildirimi yapın.

Hesap ve hizmet sorunları

Topluluk herkese açıktır. Hesap erişimi, fatura, kişisel bilgiler ve acil hizmet sorunları için FibaCloud destek kanallarını kullanın. Eğitim önerisi veya düzeltme için iletişim formunda konu, hedef kitle, sürüm, ön koşullar ve varsa makale bağlantısını belirtin.
